For traditional churches · Hymns, choir, pulpit

Hear every word, keep your sanctuary.

Clear sound for the sermon and the choir, help for members with hearing aids, and quiet cameras for those who worship from home. The pews, the windows, and the front of the church stay exactly as they are.

What changes for your people

Everyone in the pews, hearing the Word again

Older members hear the sermon again.

Speakers chosen and aimed for speech, so the words land on the pews and not on the plaster. The members who have sat in the same pew for forty years stop missing the Scripture reading.

Hearing aids without the squeal.

Much of the squeal and echo comes from the room, not the hearing aid. There are assistive listening options that send the sermon straight to a hearing aid or a small receiver, and we’ll help you choose the right option for your sanctuary.

Homebound members, back in the service.

Small cameras placed where nobody looks, and a steady stream, so shut-ins and family far away can join the hymns and hear the sermon on Sunday morning.

Nothing changes about how the room looks.

No screen behind the pulpit. Speakers kept discreet and finished to suit the room. And a simple, labeled board your volunteers can run with confidence.

Your platform

Your platform, as it is

Pulpit, lectern, and choir, with the cross and the window left alone. The speakers sit quietly at the sides, and the help for hearing aids reaches the front pews without anything new to see.

Traditional: pulpit, lectern, and choir. No screen behind the pulpit; speakers kept discreet at the sides.

“I didn’t even know what to ask at first, but [the team] was so patient and walked me step by step through the process of installing a complete AVL system in our building after it was rebuilt from tornado damage. They were understanding, trustworthy, and respectful the whole way through. Today, we have an amazing AVL system that goes far beyond my expectations.”

How the installation team works

Dream, Design, Deliver, Dedication

  1. Dream

Uncover or refine the vision for your room, so everything after it has a foundation.

    • Clarify the vision
    • 3D renderings of design choices
    • Initial budgets
    • A clear program report that explains the system in non-technical language
  2. Design

A solution built for your room and your needs, not a catalog package.

    • Detailed equipment schematics
    • Thermal calculations for HVAC
    • Drawings for rigging and electrical
    • Complete equipment lists
    • Coordination with the other trades
    • A full set of plans
  3. Deliver

The system is installed with care, in phases, around your services.

    • A dedicated project manager
    • A detailed checklist that verifies every system
    • Systems pre-built and pre-programmed to reduce time on site
    • Sunday is always coming: minimal downtime and disruption
    • Phased installation: rough-in, equipment setup, commissioning, final verification
  4. Dedication

Support that continues after the install.

    • Training after commissioning and verification
    • On-site training the first Sunday
    • 1-year parts and labor warranty
    • Extended service plans are available

Every installation comes with a 1-year parts and labor warranty, training after commissioning, and on-site training the first Sunday.

Bringing this to a committee?

The Church Room Planner asks a few short questions about your room and your people and gives you a one-page summary to print: what to do first, how it serves the mission, and how the process works.

Questions churches ask

Will we have to put up a screen?
No. Many traditional churches never add one. The work is about sound, hearing help, and discreet cameras, and the front of the sanctuary stays as it is.
Can you help members whose hearing aids squeal or echo?
Yes. The first step is often the room and the speakers. Beyond that there are assistive listening options, such as a hearing loop, Auracast broadcast audio, or receivers handed out at the door, and we’ll help you choose the right option for your congregation.
Are churches required to provide assistive listening?
Religious organizations are generally exempt from the ADA’s assistive listening rules. Many churches provide it anyway, because the members who need it most are often the ones who have been faithful the longest.
Will our volunteers be able to run it?
That is the goal. The system is set up with labeled presets, and your team is trained on-site, including the first Sunday.
What happens after the installation?
Every installation includes training after commissioning and verification, on-site training the first Sunday, and a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Extended service plans are available.
Is there a price on this page?
No. Nothing here is a price or a quote. The Dream phase includes initial budgets once the room and the goals are clear, and the work can be phased so it fits how your church gives.

Tell us about your church.

A few lines is enough. We will call you back to talk through what you are hearing, what you would like to change, and what a sensible next step looks like. Nothing here is a price or a quote.
