Transformed character. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
Gifts can impress. Knowledge can impress. Neither replaces fruit.
Life in the Spirit should make a person more loving than hateful, more peaceful than combative, more kind than cruel.
A fair test of any teaching: what kind of person is this producing?
