LED walls · Stage lighting · Sound

An LED wall, lights and sound for your church, and a better deal on them.

We are United Under God. An LED wall is one of the biggest purchases a church makes, so we help you make it well: tell us about your room once, three companies ready to bid compete for the same work, and you choose the bid that fits, or none.

Song words on an LED wall between LED panels, the worship team lit on stage and the room standing to sing

Problems this ends

  • Projection that washes out in daylight
  • Lyrics the back rows cannot read
  • A dark stage and faces lost on the livestream
  • A mix that buries the singers
  • No way to tell whether a price is fair

What changes for your people

What a wall, the right light, and clear sound change on Sunday

Words every seat can read.

An LED wall stays bright in a sunlit room, so the lyrics and the Scripture are clear from the back row, not washed out the way projection fades.

A backdrop that serves the worship.

Song words, sermon points, and a still or moving backdrop that sets the tone of the service, placed so the cross stays at the center.

Light that helps people lift their eyes.

Warm light on faces, so the preacher and the worship team are seen in the room and on the livestream, without turning Sunday into a concert.

Sound the room can sing with.

The band and the voices in one clear mix, and a board with saved settings your volunteers can run with confidence.

What it looks like

The room, on a Sunday

  • “Jesus Be Praised” on an LED wall behind the worship team, stage lights above
    Words every seat can read
  • A wide LED wall across the stage, with side screens and beams of light over a full room
A wall sized for your room
  • A worship band in a smaller room, song words on a bright LED wall behind them
Right for a smaller room, too
  • A stage framed by LED panels and lights, with a screen beside it for the back rows
    Light that lifts the room

Your platform

A wall behind the stage, the cross still at the center

A video wall across the back of the platform, lights on a frame above the band, and speakers aimed at the seats. Each bid sizes the wall from your room: how far back the last row sits, how wide the stage is, and how much daylight comes in.

Modern: a large video wall across the back of the stage, with lights hung on a frame above the band.

We are United Under God

A better deal on one of your biggest purchases

An LED wall, lights and sound are a major investment. Churches stand stronger together: we write your project up once, three companies ready to bid compete for it, and you see fair, comparable bids without calling around or learning the jargon.

  1. Tell us about your room, once.

How many seats, how wide the stage is, how much daylight comes in, and what you want: the wall, the lights, the sound, or all three.

  2. We write one clear scope.

United Under God turns what you sent into one written scope, so every company bids on the same work and nothing is left out.

  3. Companies compete for it.

Church audio, video and lighting companies that serve your area bid on that same scope. They never see your church’s name or how to reach you.

  4. You choose, or choose none.

You see the bids side by side on your private page. Choose one and we introduce you to that company. If none fit, say so. No obligation.

From fixing problems another company left behind to guiding us through a full new building install, they’ve always gone above and beyond—training our team, answering calls even on Sundays, and standing by their work. Great company, great values, great guys!”

Bringing this to a committee?

The Church Room Planner asks a few short questions about your room and your people and gives you a one-page summary to print: what to do first, how it serves the mission, and how the process works.

Plan your room first

Questions churches ask

How does this get our church a better deal?
Competition and one clear scope. We write down your room and what you want once, and the companies compete for the same work, so the bids are easy to compare and nobody can pad a price you cannot check. Churches standing together also make the work worth bidding sharply.
Who bids on the work?
Church audio, video and lighting companies that serve churches in your area and have agreed to United Under God’s Vendor Terms. Each bid shows the company that wrote it. Until you choose, none of them sees your church’s name or how to reach you.
What does it cost to ask for bids?
Nothing, and there is no obligation. You see the bids side by side on your own private page and choose one, or tell us none of them fit.
Why one scope for all three?
So you compare like with like. We write down your room and what you asked for once, and every company bids on that same work. A bid that leaves something out is easy to spot.
Projection or an LED wall?
Projection suits many sanctuaries and fellowship halls. An LED wall suits bright rooms, wide rooms, and stages where the words have to read from far back. If projection fits your room better, the companies will say so.
Will the wall cover the cross?
Not unless you want it to. Many churches frame the cross with the wall, keep it in front of the wall, or place the wall to one side. Tell us what matters in your room and it goes into the scope.
Can a volunteer team run an LED wall and lights?
Yes, when the system is set up for them. Ask for saved settings, labeled controls, and on-site training in the scope, and every bid includes them.
Is there a price on this page?
No. The bids are the prices, written for your room, and you see all three at once.

Ask for three bids.

A few answers about your room is enough to start. We will email you a private link where your bids will appear side by side. Nothing here is a price, and asking puts you under no obligation.

  • Only United Under God sees your name and contact.
  • The companies see the room and the work, never your church.
  • You choose one bid, or none.
What should they bid?
Your room

Please leave your church’s name out of the room notes. The companies see these, never who you are.
